Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support Zell Education’s growing teams. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

The specialist will maintain applicant tracking systems, support offer negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.



The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, building talent pipelines, and providing recruitment data and insights to support workforce planning.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit and maintain fair, structured evaluations.
- Experience in Employer Branding to enhance visibility, attract talent, and promote Zell Education’s values and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; experience in education or edtech is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
