Sopariwala – Fazlani Group is looking for a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of experience in non-IT manufacturing recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and support key HR lifecycle activities across our group companies.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles
- Manpower planning and stakeholder coordination
- Offer rollout, onboarding, and induction
- Background verification (BGV) coordination
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Employee grievance handling
- HR documentation and employee lifecycle support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations
- Robust experience in non-IT / manufacturing hiring
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
