As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment across business, technology, sales, operations, marketing, and corporate functions.
✅ Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
✅ Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
✅ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
✅ Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
✅ Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS/database hygiene, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
✅ Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
✔ Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or agency is highly preferred.
✔ Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
✔ Proven ability to hire across multiple functions and seniority levels.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
