Role Purpose

Act as the intake owner for all requisitions within the assigned segment; validate headcount plan, grade, budget, and hiring manager; decide sourcing mix and break the work into tasks for Sourcing/Screening, Scheduling, and Offer Management; track E2E status, remove bottlenecks, and serve as the single point of contact for business HR and HODs. Graduate / Post Graduate – preferably in HR

Experience in hiring healthcare hiring preferred

6 - 10 years in Talent Acquisition with strong client‑facing coordination; high‑volume hiring for Nursing/Para or critical/managerial roles for Admin. Job Responsibilities:

Intake & Planning

Validate requisitions (HC plan, grade, budget, hiring manager) and prioritize per business need.

Decide sourcing channels and capacity needs for each requisition; initiate tasks in Sphere 2.

Pipeline

Ownership & Bottleneck Removal

Track movement across screening, interviews,



offers and onboarding; clear blocks quickly with Ops and business.

Maintain visibility on pass/fail/drop‑off to drive timely decisions.

- Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

Serve as SPOC for Unit HR, HODs, interview panel; ensure smooth, professional candidate communications through the process. Key Deliverables / Success Metrics

SLA adherence by requisition, including TAT per stage.

Funnel health and conversion (screen -> interview -> offer -> join), Offer acceptance, and reduced drop‑offs.

Stakeholder satisfaction (Unit HR/HODs) and first‑time‑right requisitions (complete intake).
