About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & PPG Executive who is passionate about recruitment, people management, and process excellence. This role goes beyond hiring—you'll contribute to building systems, supporting governance initiatives, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support implementation of SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and governance processes.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.




- Assist with employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot to improve recruitment productivity.
- Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Hindi preferred; Telugu is an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and AI tools is preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a positive attitude.
