Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to support our recruitment process by conducting primary candidate screening and shortlisting suitable profiles for our hiring partners.

MedPivot will provide you with:

- A database of pre-qualified candidates
- Company details
- Job descriptions and hiring requirements

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate candidate suitability, conduct screening interactions, and recommend the best-fit candidates for further rounds with the hiring company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review candidate profiles against the provided job requirements.
- Conduct primary screening interviews via phone or video call.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and overall role fit.
- Explain the company, job role, expectations, and hiring process to shortlisted candidates.
- Address candidate queries regarding the opportunity.
- Prepare concise screening notes and recommendations for each shortlisted candidate.




- Coordinate with the MedPivot team to ensure timely submission of shortlisted profiles.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- 3- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to evaluate candidate-role fit efficiently.
- Experience using virtual interview platforms and basic recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while meeting hiring timelines.

Compensation: This is a performance-based freelance prospect.

The recruiter will receive 25% (one-fourth) of the candidate's first 20 days' salary for every successful placement made through MedPivot.

Payments will be processed after the candidate successfully joins the organization and completes the agreed eligibility period.
