CSC e-Governance Services India Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under the Ministry of Electronics & IT. It serves as a key implementation agency for the Digital India programme, delivering Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services, digital literacy, and financial inclusion through a network of over 5.8 lakh CSC centres across the country.

Job Summary

CSC e-Governance Services India Limited is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple states in India. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring for field, and project-based positions, including hiring for remote and rural locations in multiple stattes for multpe vertical/buisness requirement of the organization. The selected candidate will be required to travel extensively across different states to conduct recruitment drives, coordinate with regional teams, and support onboarding activities.

The role may also involve assisting with other HR initiatives as per organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment for multiple positions across PAN India locations.
- Manage hiring for remote, rural, and field-based operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct resume screening, coordinate interviews, discuss compensation, and manage the offer process.
- Plan and execute bulk hiring and recruitment drives across multiple states within defined timelines.
- Travel extensively across different states to conduct recruitment drives, participate in walk-in and campus hiring, and coordinate with regional offices.




- Support onboarding activities and other HR-related assignments during field visits, whenever required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and joining reports.
- Coordinate with state and regional teams to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining the desired quality of hiring.

Required Experience

- 2- 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Experience in hiring for remote locations, multiple states, and field-based roles is mandatory.
- Experience in Zoho Recruit will be preferred.
- Candidates must have prior experience travelling across multiple states for recruitment drives.
- Exposure to PAN India recruitment assignments.
- Experience in bulk hiring and operational hiring will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for recruitment and other HR-related activities.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment portals, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA (HR) is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in recruitment for field operations, project teams, or government-related projects, with travel experience in multipe states for recruitment drive will be an added advantage.
- Experience in conducting recruitment drives across multiple states will be preferred.
