Job Title : Talent Acquisition/ Specialist – EPC, Oil & Gas

Location : Sector 63 Noida, Uttar Pradesh

This role leads the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for EPC and Oil & Gas sectors. You will collaborate with department heads on manpower planning, build niche talent pipelines, and drive targeted sourcing for domestic and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HODs, Project Directors, and Business HR to forecast staffing needs and define technical job requirements.
- Technical Sourcing: Identify passive top-tier talent for niche technical disciplines (e.g., Piping, Process, Structural, QA/QC, EHS, and Commissioning engineers) using advanced Boolean searches and qualified networks.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships and manage external recruitment partners, consultants, and international search agencies to ensure pipeline quality.
- Global Mobility: Facilitate international hiring and mobilizations for overseas or remote site projects,



ensuring compliance with global statutory requirements.
- Data & Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire) to optimize hiring efficiency and produce regular dashboards for leadership.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice across the energy sector through industry networking, events, and targeted campaigns.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, or Business Management; MBA/PGDM in HR is highly preferred .
- Industry Experience:Minimum 3–7 years of direct recruitment experience specifically within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Oil & Gas, or heavy infrastructure sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical roles (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Pipeline, Instrumentation, and Project Management).
- Platform Skills: Hands-on proficiency in professional sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
