SWIFT HIRE LLC is looking for a motivated and result-driven HR Recruiter with experience in International Recruitment , specifically US IT Recruitment and International Process Hiring . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and International Process hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Requirements:-

- 2–4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment and/or International Process Hiring experience.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
