Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in End-to-End Technology Recruitment
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineering roles
- Hands-on hiring exposure across Full Stack, Frontend, Mobile Development and Application Development
- Ability to interact and partner effectively with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and attract the right talent
- Experience handling multiple requisitions across different levels of seniority
- Strong stakeholder management, candidate assessment and recruitment coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
As a Tech Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, with a special focus on Engineering and/or Product hiring.
- Manage and deliver the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across different business areas
- Handle a high volume of requisitions with varying levels of seniority and complexity
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Source, screen and assess candidates based on technical requirements and business needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Drive hiring closures within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards
