Key Responsibilities

- Managethecompleterecruitmentlifecycle,includingsourcing,screening,interviewing,scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
- Hireforkeysalesroles,including:
- FieldSalesExecutive
- FieldRelationshipManager
- AreaSalesManager
- BusinessDevelopmentExecutive/Manager
- Partnerwithhiringmanagerstounderstandhiringrequirementsanddeliverqualitytalentwithin agreed timelines.
- SourcecandidatesthroughNaukri,LinkedIn,Apna,JobHai,employeereferrals,socialmedia,and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct HR screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, communication, and culturalfit.
- Buildandmaintainastrongtalentpipelineforcurrentandfuturehiringneeds.
- Coordinateinterviews,managecandidatecommunication,andensureanexcellentcandidateexperience.
- Negotiatecompensation,releaseoffers,andcoordinateonboardingactivities.
- Maintainrecruitmenttrackers,ATS/HRMSrecords,andhiringreports.
- Meethiringtargetswhileensuringqualityandtimelyclosures.
- Supportemployerbrandinginitiatives,recruitmentdrives,andcampushiringactivitieswhen required.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- MandatoryexperienceinhiringfortheRealEstateindustry.
- ProvenexperiencerecruitingforFieldSales,FieldRelationshipManager,AreaSalesManager,and other sales/business development roles.
- Strongunderstandingofthecompleterecruitmentlifecycle.
- Hands-onexperienceusingNaukri,LinkedInRecruiter,Apna,JobHai,andothersourcingplatforms.
- Excellentcommunication,interviewing,stakeholdermanagement,andnegotiationskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultiplerequisitionsinafast-paced,target-drivenenvironment.
- GoodknowledgeofMSOfficeandHRMS/ATStools.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
