The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about attracting exceptional talent. This role will partner closely with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience while driving recruitment excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, business,



and leadership positions.
- Develop workforce planning strategies with business leaders.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Naukri, campuses, and referrals.
- Track KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain is preferred.
