Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.

We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager at MJ Global

? Location: Sector-59 Noida

? Salary: 6 to 12 lacs per annum

? Experience: 10 years+

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Searching, screening, and shortlisting resumes from various job portals
- Matching candidate profiles against job role requirements
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess experience and skill level
- Ensuring candidate availability and readiness to take up the position




- Ensuring resumes accurately reflect candidate experience and requirements
- Negotiating salaries with candidates and closing positions
- Ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed for placement
- Acting as first point-of-contact for candidates throughout the process
