Working hours: Monday to Friday 1 PM to 10 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM (during daylight saving)

Salary: Open to discuss + uncapped commission scheme

We're seeking experienced recruiters to join our team at FinTop Consulting Ltd, a agile UK-based recruitment firm with offices in London and Ahmedabad. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering top talent for a diverse portfolio of clients, including global financial trading and Forex/CFD firms, innovative technology start-ups, software companies, and leading financial institutions. With support from our UK-based Business Development & Account Management team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

You will be based in our modern office in Gota, Ahmedabad, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are seeking Experienced individuals who have:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably technical / Financial / non-healthcare )




- Interest in working in the UK/EU market or prior experience.
- Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Cultivating a positive mindset and a winning attitude
- Dedicated, focused, and eager to learn
- Proficient in time management with a commitment to ethical practices and delivering high-quality service

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing potential candidates by searching through different job portals and LinkedIn to find the best possible talent for our clients
- Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with the UK team to source top talent.
