About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist , you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for current hires. You will manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee's first day, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers, Training, Payroll,



and other teams to ensure every new hire is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Guide new employees through pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
- Manage employment documentation, background checks, and compliance activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding readiness, including equipment, scheduling, and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records in ATS and HRIS systems.
- Support process improvements to enhance the onboarding and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
