Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager – Hospitality is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and lifestyle management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for residential and corporate clients.

Manager will partner with leadership and operations teams to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely placement of high-caliber talent.



Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate communications, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role also involves continuous improvement of hiring processes, adherence to company standards, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the luxury service ethos.

Qualifications

Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills across hospitality and luxury service roles.

Demonstrated experience in hiring and interviewing for diverse in office and residential staffing positions.

Ability to drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality hospitality professionals.

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury services, or staffing agencies is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
