What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles
- Reach out to prospective candidates and introduce them to career opportunities at Pepper Content
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities for new and existing team members
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to perform effectively under deadlines and changing priorities
- Willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities
