Own hiring and the employee lifecycle end-to-end — from sourcing to onboarding, performance, policy, and payroll. Build the team and the systems scaling India's next big wellness brand.

Who This Is For

You close hires — not just source them. You've run full-cycle recruitment at a D2C brand, a creative agency, or a fast-scaling startup, and owned hiring for at least one function end-to-end. You understand portfolios better than resumes, spot a strong Instagram aesthetic or brand voice instantly, and can just as easily evaluate a performance marketer's ad account or a Growth Manager's playbook. This isn't a "post job & wait" recruiter role — you'll build the team that builds Earthful.

What You'll Own

- Creative hiring — Influencer Marketing managers, video editors, graphic designers, creative directors, content/script writers, brand strategists
- Growth hiring — performance marketers, Growth Managers, marketplace/quick commerce specialists (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto)
- Senior & leadership hiring — category heads, function leads, and other mandates as Earthful scales
- Sourcing — proactive pipelines across LinkedIn, Naukri, Behance, Instagram, Dribbble, referrals, and communities
- Speed & metrics — source to offer in 15–20 working days for IC roles, realistic timelines for senior mandates; own time to fill, offer acceptance, and quality of hire
- Founder partnership — define what "great" looks like per role, evaluate craft directly, shape an interview experience that reflects the brand
- Building the function — set up and mentor a lean hiring process, eventually owning talent acquisition end-to-end, not just executing requisitions
- Onboarding & exit — run a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners and a clean, compliant exit process for departures
- Performance management — set up and run the performance review cycle, working with founders and function leads on goal-setting and feedback
- Policy & compliance — own HR policies, employee handbook,



and statutory compliance (POSH, labour law, leave, attendance)
- Payroll & HRMS — coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems/records
- Employee engagement — own culture initiatives, employee relations, and be the go-to person for people issues as the team scales

Why Speed Matters We're scaling rapid, and open roles cost momentum. IC roles close in 15–20 working days; senior mandates move with real urgency even when they take longer. The best hire six months too late is still a miss.

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment, with meaningful time at a D2C brand, creative/digital-first agency (Schbang, Dentsu, The Glitch, or similar), or fast-scaling startup
- Proven track record closing creative, growth, and at least a few senior hires within tight timelines
- Experience hiring performance marketers, Growth Managers, and quick commerce/marketplace specialists
- Ability to independently judge creative output — reels, portfolios, content, brand voice — without leaning on a hiring manager
- High ownership, urgency, and comfort working directly with founders on high-stakes mandates
- Ready to own the hiring function, not just execute against it
- Working knowledge of HR operations — onboarding, exits, performance cycles, policy, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance — ideally from a startup or lean HR setup
