We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive US Recruitment with 3–6 years of experience in US technical recruitment, preferably supporting Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, and Engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US recruitment – sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, negotiation, and onboarding.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, and internal databases.

- Recruit for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, and Engineering positions.

- Work on W2 and C2C hiring requirements.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, location, and compensation.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of US Recruitment experience.

- Experience hiring for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Engineering roles.

- Good knowledge of US visa/work authorization types – H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.

- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.

- Robust sourcing, communication, screening, and negotiation skills.

- Experience using LinkedIn and US job portals.

- Willingness to work in US time zones / night shifts.
