Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions with quick turnaround time.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and process compliance.
- 1–2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
- Experience hiring for technical roles across various technologies.
- Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms beyond job portals.
- Ability to prioritize multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
