We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Pune team. This role is strictly for professionals who have worked exclusively in Talent Acquisition and have built a strong candidate network across roles and industries. ??? ????????????????

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities

Leverage your existing candidate network to close positions faster

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and personal network





Screen and shortlist candidates through initial HR discussions

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback

Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process discipline

Build and continuously strengthen talent pipelines ???????????? (????-????)

2–5 years of experience purely in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (non-negotiable)

Solid personal candidate network and ability to generate quick closures

Proven track record of closing positions independently

Experience working in a fast-paced / startup environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously ????????? ??????

Experience hiring for sales, operations, or field roles

Solid sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platforms

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred ???? ?? ?????
