About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Executive to manage hiring across teams and experience levels. The role requires someone who can build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate closely with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment experience from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidates for role, culture and organisational fit.
- Coordinate interviews seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, follow-ups, offers and joining coordination.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback and hiring reports accurately.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer-branding and employee-referral initiatives.

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience hiring across multiple roles, preferably in an agency, media, digital or start-up setting.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions with ownership, speed and attention to detail.
