About the Role

AugmentiqX is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client handling, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring timelines.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
