Position Overview

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our growing Energy business in India. The consultant will play a critical role in attracting and hiring engineering and design professionals across Renewable Energy, Thermal Power, Gas, Transmission & Distribution, and related energy sectors.

This role requires a recruiter with hands-on experience in technical hiring within engineering consulting, EPC, power generation, transmission, and energy transition organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering and corporate positions within the Energy business.
- Source, assess, and recruit candidates across:
- Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, BESS, Green Hydrogen)

- Thermal Power
- Gas Power and Energy Transition Projects
- Transmission & Distribution

- Hydropower and Water Infrastructure
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche engineering disciplines.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlist suitable talent.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and offer management processes.
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry mapping.




- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and regular stakeholder reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within engineering consulting, EPC, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience hiring design and engineering professionals.

Required Skills

- Expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for niche engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering organizational structures and technical skill sets.
- Experience using LinkedIn and major job portals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
