Talent Acquisition Specialist – BFSI Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruiting for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for sales and business roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and sales-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and drive candidate joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Track recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.




- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or FinTech industry.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Loan Officer, Credit Manager, Wealth Manager, and other banking or financial services positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver closures within defined timelines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in high-volume or lateral hiring for BFSI roles will be an added advantage.
