Role Description The T24 Testing professional will work on-site in Chennai in a full time capacity, focusing on end-to-end testing of T24 core banking implementations and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing functional and technical requirements, designing and documenting test cases, executing various types of tests (such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance support), and identifying, logging, and tracking defects to closure.

The role involves collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure that T24 features meet quality, performance,



and compliance standards. The individual will also contribute to test planning, maintain test documentation, support test environment readiness, and provide clear status updates and communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements, assess impacts, and design effective test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in software testing and T24-specific testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test cases and test scripts.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting test results clearly.
- Knowledge of core banking processes and T24 modules is highly desirable.
- Experience with defect management tools, test management platforms, and basic SQL for data validation.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
