Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly independent Systems Engineer to own, administer, and optimize our corporate collaboration and productivity ecosystem. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for managing and supporting critical platforms like Slack, Asana, and LumApps (Intranet).

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical administration and business processes, ensuring our teams can communicate seamlessly and work efficiently. You are someone who thrives when given ownership of tasks, requires minimal guidance, and possesses a solid analytical mindset to optimize platform performance and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Administration & Management: Serve as the primary administrator for key collaboration tools including Slack, Asana, and LumApps, ensuring configuration alignment with security standards and business needs.
- End-User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide tier-2/3 technical support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to the collaboration suite.
- System Optimization & Monitoring: Continuously monitor platform health, usage metrics, and performance to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and ROI.
- Independent Task Execution: Take full ownership of assigned projects and daily operations,



driving tasks to completion individually with minimal support or supervision.
- Documentation & Enablement: Develop, maintain, and update clear technical documentation, governance policies, and self-service training materials to promote user adoption and best practices across the organization.

Skills: Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Tool Expertise: Proven hands-on experience administering and configuring enterprise collaboration platforms, specifically Slack, Asana, and modern Intranet sites (experience with LumApps is highly preferred).
- Business Process Acumen: Ability to leverage or rapidly develop a functional understanding of internal business workflows, with a strong background or preference for IT domains and infrastructure frameworks.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and solve problems proactively without rigid handholding.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical end-users.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications:

- Migration Experience: Experience planning, executing, and managing platform-to-platform migration projects for collaboration tools while ensuring minimal disruption to active business operations.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) Support: Background supporting IT integration and migration efforts during corporate M&A; activity, ensuring smooth data and user transitions across collaboration environments.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
