Job Title: Systems Engineer Grade: M11

Experience – 10 to 15 years** Budget - Upto 25 LPA Job Purpose/Summary: We are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 services, primarily SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive with a core focus on File Server to SharePoint Online migration. The role will involve planning, coordinating, and supporting file server migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities: File Server to SharePoint Online Migration Projects

- Lead or support migration projects to move content from legacy file servers to SharePoint Online.
- Conduct discovery, content analysis, and mapping as part of migration planning.
- Use Microsoft and third-party tools (e.g., SharePoint Migration Tool, ShareGate) for migration execution.
- Collaborate with business teams to clean, classify, and prepare data for migration.
- Ensure minimal disruption during migrations through detailed planning and risk management.

Project Coordination & PMO Support
- Assist in developing detailed migration plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Track and report project milestones, risks, and issues; ensure timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Document project plans, progress reports, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.




- Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Microsoft 365 Experience
- Apply knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive to support file server migration design and implementation.
- Ensure migrated content aligns with best practices for structure, permissions, and collaboration in M365.
- Provide inputs on Teams and OneDrive integration where relevant to migration scope.

Key Performance Indicators: On-time delivery of migration milestones SharePoint migration success rate (data integrity, minimal disruption)

Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback

Qualificaton

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Functional Skills/Competencies:
- Strong experience in file server to SharePoint Online migration projects
- Proficiency with migration tools (e.g., Microsoft SPMT, ShareGate)
- Understanding of file server structures, SharePoint Online architecture, and permissions models
- Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
