Work Experience: 2-4years

Work Location: Infopark, Kochi

Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary) Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain various Windows Server operating systems
- Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server (on-prem and/or hybrid)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365) services including user account, license, and mailbox management
- Administer and monitor Hyper-V and VMware virtualization environments
- Maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including system software and application configurations
- Perform backup operations and develop/execute disaster recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Execute and support Level 1 network-related tasks, escalating where appropriate




- Manage and maintain various applications/tools like RMM, Ticketing, IT Documentation, EDR etc.

Skills Required

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, GPO, and network fundamentals
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware platforms
- Backup and disaster recovery experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Tools (RMM/Ticketing/Documentation/Backup) Qualified Skills:
- Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
- Relevant certification would be a plus Essential requirement:
- Willing to work in dedicated night shift
- Excellent communication skills
