We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, operating systems, and enterprise applications while providing technical support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across IT infrastructure.

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls.

- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance activities.

- Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.

- Manage cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.





- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and operational processes.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure system reliability.

- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and internal stakeholders.

- Participate in infrastructure planning, capacity management, and technology upgrades.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management.

- Robust knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user management.

- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.

- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of system monitoring and performance management tools.
