Role SummaryVinove Software & Services is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience across both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end to-end recruitment, sourcing through multiple channels, candidate assessment, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

• Understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.

• Screen and assess candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche and critical positions.

• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accurate information.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition handling both IT and Non-IT hiring.• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience in IT Services, Software Development, or Technology-driven organizations.• Exposure to hiring across junior, mid-level, and leadership positions.• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
