- Plans production based on demand forecasts and available manufacturing capacity.
- Ensures timely availability of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to support uninterrupted production.
- Coordinates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and other cross-functional teams for smooth planning and execution.
- Monitors inventory levels, manages shortages, slow-moving stock, and blocked inventory, and drives inventory optimization.
- Creates and manages process orders, BOM approvals, TrackWise change controls, and planning activities in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Participates in monthly S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand, supply, and production plans.
- Tracks recent product launches, long lead-time materials, and critical formulations to ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Prepares MIS reports, planning dashboards, and performance review presentations while driving continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
