ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region. ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

Job Summary The Polaris Supply Chain Process Integration Lead is responsible for ensuring end-to-end process coherence and seamless integration across Supply Chain functions (e.g., Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing) and adjacent domains (e.g., Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Sales & Marketing) within the Polaris program. This role drives cross-functional alignment of process design, data, and system integration, ensuring consistency from design through testing and deployment.
The Process Integration
Lead orchestrates collaboration across workstreams, proactively manages interdependencies and risks, and safeguards the integrity of the overall business process architecture. The position plays a critical role in enabling standardization, scalability, and automation of business processes while supporting governance, business readiness, and change adoption.
What Will You
Do
Process Integration & Design Governance
Identify, define, and manage cross-process integration points (e.g., O2C, S2P, R2R, M&R;) within Supply Chain and across enterprise functions
Ensure end-to-end process consistency and alignment across all Supply Chain workstreams
Establish and enforce integration design principles, standards, and governance frameworks
Review and validate solution designs to ensure fit-for-purpose integration across systems, data, and processes
Support and align process documentation in SAP Signavio and other relevant applications/tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Supply Chain Business Process Leads, Value Chain Advisors, and Solution Architects to define integration requirements
Act as a key liaison between Polaris workstreams and dependent programs/projects to align scope, requirements, and dependencies
Collaborate closely with other Process Integration Leads to ensure enterprise-wide integration alignment Requirements & Data Integration
Define and align integration requirements across systems, data objects, and process flows
Ensure clarity and consistency of master data, transactional data, and reporting structures across processes
Support alignment on automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making capabilities Testing & Deployment Support
Support Deployment 2 end-to-end (E2E) scenario testing, ensuring integrated processes perform as designed
Validate cross-functional workflows during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ensure readiness and integrity of processes for release and deployment phases Risk & Dependency Management
Identify, assess, and proactively manage cross-process risks, issues, and dependencies
Escalate critical integration risks and drive resolution across stakeholders
Track and mitigate interdependencies between workstreams, systems, and external partners Change Management & Business Readiness
Support the Polaris Change Management and Business Readiness Network
Ensure integration impacts are clearly understood and reflected in training, communication, and adoption strategies
Drive alignment on process changes, impacts, and business transition readines Key Interfaces

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, process design, or transformation programs
Proven experience in end-to-end process integration within ERP-enabled environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
Strong understanding of integrated business process frameworks (O2C, S2P, Plan-to-Produce, R2R)
Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and interdependencies
Strong knowledge of data structures, system integrations, and automation requirements
Familiarity with ERP systems, integration layers, and digital supply chain solutions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
Ability to drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams
Skilled in facilitating workshops, decision-making, and consensus building
Structured, process-oriented thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to anticipate risks and proactively solve integration challenges
Results-driven, with a focus on quality, consistency, and execution excellence
Highly collaborative and adaptable in a complex, fast-paced program environment
Robust communication skills (clear, concise, and impactful)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
