We are Hiring | Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager.

Job Location: - Madhya Pradesh - Dhar (Sector 5, Pithampur).

Experience: - 10+ Years in supply chain, stores, and warehouse management (manufacturing preferred).

Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

Notice Period: - Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Supply Chain & Inventory Management:-

- Plan, coordinate, and control the end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and packing materials.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels through effective forecasting, planning, and inventory control.
- Monitor stock aging, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory and take corrective actions.

Stores Management:-

- Oversee receipt, storage, issue, and reconciliation of raw and packing materials.
- Ensure accurate stock records, bin cards, and system entries.




- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and material traceability.

Warehouse Operations:-

- Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling processes.
- Ensure protected storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain housekeeping and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Dispatch & Logistics:-

- Plan and supervise dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth outbound movement.
- Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and transportation.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:-

- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Support vendor performance monitoring related to delivery schedules and material availability.

Process Improvement & Compliance:-

- Develop and implement SOPs for stores, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.

Reporting & MIS:-

- Prepare and review MIS reports related to inventory, warehouse performance, and dispatch.
- Track KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and dispatch timelines.
