Supply Chain

Executive (Dispatch, Delivery & PO Operations)

? Vadodara (In office) | [3-5 years of experience] smoothmix is scaling across quick-commerce, marketplaces, and B2B/trade distribution. This role owns dispatch, delivery, and the PO management system end to end, from PO intake through last-mile to fill-rate reporting. What you'll own

- Dispatch & fulfilment: release every order daily across B2B, quick-commerce, and marketplace, documented and out before each channel cut-off
- Right-first-time checks: verify SKU, blend, grammage, quantity, batch, and destination at the dock before anything ships
- Channel routing & scheduling: route each order to the correct lane (dark store, FC, distributor) and sequence against cut-offs, appointment windows, and delivery SLAs
- Exception handling: resolve short-ships, damages, RTOs, rejected inwards, and appointment failures without stalling the dispatch queue
- PO management system: own, reconcile, and improve all inbound and outbound POs across channels, including Blinkit and Zepto CSV ingestion, with zero silent gaps between PO, dispatch, and delivery
- Logistics & vendors: select, onboard, and score 3PL and last-mile vendors per lane,



and negotiate freight and per-order rates to hold landed cost-per-order under threshold as volume scales
- Planning & coordination: sync dispatch with production across facilities, position stock against demand, and escalate blockers early with a recommended option
- Systems & reporting: own the dispatch and logistics SOPs, track OTIF, TAT, and fill rate per channel on a live dashboard, and publish the weekly report to founders
- Continuous improvement: cut cost-per-order through freight consolidation, route optimisation, and vendor moves without hurting SLA, and redesign workflows to hold at 2 to 3x volume on the same headcount What we're looking for • End-to-end dispatch and fulfilment across quick-commerce, marketplace, and trade, including quick-comm PO processing and CSV ingestion (Blinkit, Zepto)
- Freight and last-mile rate negotiation, and landed cost-per-order management
- PO management system operation, reconciliation, and improvement
- Working knowledge of Indian supply chain lanes, the 3PL landscape, and dispatch documentation (invoicing, e-way bill, appointment and inward rules)
- Detail-obsessed on numbers, reconciliation, and documentation, and calm under dispatch pressure
- A system-builder, not a firefighter, who owns the whole flow dock to delivery and leaves no gaps for someone else
- A sharp, firm negotiator who holds the cost line, and wants to scale an operation, not just maintain a desk
