Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved purchase requisitions which received from Store and another department.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare Compression of new product
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and supplier details and required document as per Fssai.
Coordinate with stores, production, for material requirement of daily basic.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock-outs and mention PAR stock and checking daily basic.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, quality concerns, and damaged materials.
Track pending purchase orders and update management on delivery status on daily basic
Support vendor performance evaluations and maintain procurement reports.
Handel all work in absence of me and need involving in both store PM or RM
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and work
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
