Role Description The Supervisor role at TheCollectiveInfra is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on project sites. This role includes coordinating construction and interior fit-out activities, monitoring work progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The Supervisor will manage site teams and contractors, allocate resources effectively, and resolve operational issues to keep projects on track.



They will maintain regular documentation and reporting, communicate project status to management, and support alignment between design, construction, and furnishing teams. The role also involves supporting process improvements on-site and fostering a team-oriented, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision for construction, infrastructure, or interior projects, with strong skills in project coordination and daily operations management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and interior drawings, and translate plans into clear instructions for on-site teams.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards, including basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and respond to on-site issues with practical, solution-focused decisions.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and reporting (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reports); experience with project management or construction tracking software is an advantage.
- Previous work in educational infrastructure or institutional projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in site supervision.
