Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Product Development to drive the development of payment products and platform capabilities. The role involves defining product requirements, managing payment messaging standards, enabling API-first integrations, and leveraging AI/Generative AI to enhance product development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define technical requirements using ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
- Drive product strategy across authorization, clearing, settlement, and payment network processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop API-first payment solutions.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and service integration frameworks.
- Translate payment messaging specifications into scalable API-based services.
- Support product releases and present updates to stakeholders.




- Explore AI/Generative AI solutions to improve product development and automation.

Must Have Skills:

- 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Product Owner roles.
- Strong experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
- Hands-on knowledge of ISO 8583 transaction flows and payment processing.
- Valuable understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement, and network processing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have Skills:

- Experience with ISO 20022 standards.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, API-first design, JSON/XML, SQL, and Python.
- Exposure to AI/Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI automation tools.
- Passion for payments, technology, innovation, and digital commerce.
