Role: Success factor Compensation Consultant

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Gurgaon

Mode: Hybrid [5 days office in a month]

Company: EY

- Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Compensation
- Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module ( At least 1 implementation project and 1 support project)
- Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Able to support Annual compensation cycle including enhancements.
- Good to have Experience in custom compensation statements.
- Positive understanding of other SF Modules.
- Stakeholder management and comms skills. Able to lead and drive the compensation area.
