We are seeking a high-calibre Student Recruitment Manager to spearhead our growth. This is a strategic leadership role designed for an expert who navigates the UK Higher Education landscape with precision—from admissions cycles to complex compliance frameworks.

? Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Execute high-impact recruitment strategies to position UK partner universities as the top choice for Sri Lankan students.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage robust institutional relationships with UK Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
- Enrolment Excellence: Drive high-value enrolments across Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Research pathways.
- Performance Oversight: Lead, mentor, and audit counsellor performance, focusing on conversion metrics and service quality.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organisation at high-profile university fairs, international visits, and networking events.
- Regulatory Rigour: Ensure 100% adherence to UKVI regulations, university-specific admissions policies, and ethical recruitment codes.





✅ Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Sector Expertise: 5–7+ years of proven success within the UK study abroad / Higher Education sector.
- Langage: English & Tamil
- Travel: Need to travel Srilanka once in a month
- Institutional Knowledge: Direct experience managing UK university partnerships or admissions.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive mastery of UK entry criteria, CAS processes, and Tier 4 (Student) visa requirements.
- Commercial Acumen: A track record of meeting ambitious enrolment targets through quality-led conversion.
- Location: Current residency in Chennai .
