Role Description The Student Recruitment Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for attracting and enrolling qualified students into Swadeep Aviation Academy’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective students and their families, explaining program offerings, admission criteria, and career pathways in aviation.

The officer will manage inbound inquiries, conduct virtual information sessions, maintain accurate recruitment records, and follow up with leads through email, phone, and online platforms.



This role also involves collaborating with academy leadership to refine recruitment messaging, contributing to digital outreach campaigns, and representing the academy in online events or virtual fairs.

Officer is expected to uphold the academy’s values of integrity, safety, and aspirant-centric guidance in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with diverse prospective students, families, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Development skills to help define and refine role expectations related to student recruitment and support.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to assist in selecting suitable student ambassadors or support staff when needed.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills to source, engage, and convert prospective students through remote and digital channels.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in educational or aviation recruitment, proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, education, business, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in aviation or student counseling.
