Role Description The Student Intern role at SpleN Technologies and Education Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. Interns support training and education initiatives by assisting with learning materials, coordinating sessions, and helping facilitate bootcamps, workshops, and cohort-based programs. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and organizing content, maintaining documentation, supporting trainers and mentors during sessions,



and providing administrative support for campus and corporate programs.

Interns may also assist with learner engagement activities, feedback collection, and basic data tracking to improve program quality. This role offers exposure to industry-focused training practices and an opportunity to develop professional and technical skills in an educational technology environment.

Qualifications Strong interest in technology, education, and upskilling, with a willingness to learn and work in a training-focused environment.

Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital platforms.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with learners, mentors, and team members.

Organizational and time management skills to coordinate sessions, manage documentation, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support data collection, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement of programs.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma program in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Education) is preferred.

Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and ability to work on-site in Chandigarh as part of a cooperative team.
