We're Hiring: Student Experience Executive

Are you passionate about creating exceptional student experiences and building meaningful relationships?

We're looking for a Student Experience Executive to join our team and ensure every student has a seamless learning journey—from onboarding to placements.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct stage-wise student follow-up calls

- Handle student queries and escalations professionally
- Collect trainer feedback and coordinate with internal teams
- Manage Google reviews and student satisfaction initiatives
- Resolve WhatsApp escalations and ensure timely closures
- Maintain accurate LMS/CRM records and reports

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





Robust follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Experience in Student Support, Student Experience, Customer Success, EdTech, Telecalling, or Relationship Management

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, LMS, and email
