Cyvora Talent & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students through our cybersecurity training programs, helping them understand course structures, certifications, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on course offerings, certifications, and career pathways in cybersecurity

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads

Explain program structure, fees, batch schedules, and placement opportunities

Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets

Build strong rapport with students and parents to drive conversions

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments (CRM)





Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling and student onboarding

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales preferred

Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity/IT industry is an added advantage

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 0–3 years (preferred in EdTech / Education Counselling / Admissions)
