Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Counsellor who can speak with prospective students, understand their learning goals, explain our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a target-oriented counselling role focused on lead conversion through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads generated through Google Forms, social media campaigns, webinars, and referrals.

- Explain course details, batch schedules, fees, and learning outcomes clearly.

- Understand student background (student / job seeker / entrepreneur / working professional) and recommend the right program.

- Follow up interested leads through WhatsApp, calls, and email.

- Schedule students for free orientation sessions or webinars.

- Maintain lead status and daily updates in Google Sheets or CRM.

- Coordinate payment confirmation and enrollment process.

- Send class reminders and onboarding information to enrolled students.

- Collect feedback and testimonials after course completion.

Skills Required

- Good spoken Tamil and English.





- Confident phone communication and counselling ability.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.

- Friendly, patient, and persuasive communication style.

- Ability to follow up consistently without sounding pushy.

- Interest in education, digital marketing, or career counselling is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Any graduate / diploma holder.

- Prior experience in telecalling, academic counselling, edtech sales, training institutes, or customer support is a plus.

Working Model

- Versatile working hours (approximately 3–5 hours/day initially).

- Calls can be made from home using office phone and internet.

- Daily reporting through WhatsApp or Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹8,867.44 - ₹15,760.52 per month
