We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the study abroad process, helping them choose suitable universities and courses while providing excellent support throughout their application journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities and suitable courses.
- Understand students' academic background and career goals.
- Assist with university applications and admissions.
- Guide students on eligibility, documentation, and admission requirements.
- Provide information on scholarships, tuition fees, and visa processes.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application updates.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Stay updated on university policies, intakes, and immigration requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, overseas education, or admissions (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of international education and visa processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
