We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior Structural Engineer (Marine & Offshore) to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and technical execution across the full project lifecycle for Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, sub-sea systems)

- Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using tools like STAAD Pro and SACS

- Lead project sub-packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

- Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools

- Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load-out, transportation, and sea-fastening analysis

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval)

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet technical requirements

- Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ISO, DNV, AISC)





- Review and validate drawings, calculations, and reports

- Mentor junior engineers and maintain engineering documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering

- 3–7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine projects

- Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD (mandatory)

- Strong experience in structural analysis and offshore design

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SESAM, ANSYS, or similar advanced tools

- Experience in offshore installation and marine operations

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills

- Familiarity with international structural codes and standards

- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities
