Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical specifications.

- Develop structural models using engineering software and validate design assumptions.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Review shop drawings, construction documents, and contractor submissions for compliance with design requirements.

- Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to approved structural designs.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

- Provide technical guidance and resolve structural issues encountered during construction.

- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment.

- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project records.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization or experience in Structural Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in structural design and analysis.

- Solid knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and foundation design.

- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar tools.

- Experience with AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit) is an advantage.

- Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, structural standards, and engineering best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
