Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural systems and discuss concepts with senior structural engineers.
- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures, including design calculations.
- Ensure timely review and approval of design calculations by senior structural engineers.
- Manage input and output data on the server while keeping track of revisions.
- Interface with other disciplines, such as Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, for seamless project coordination.
- Review and validate the design and drawings of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs).
- Prepare comprehensive Design Basis Reports.
- Address and resolve site queries related to structural engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Batchelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or master’s degree (M.E. / M. Tech) in Structural Engineering.
- 2-7 years of relevant experience, with preference for industrial project experience.
- Hands-on experience with structural design software such as STAAD, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, and RCDC.
- Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of structural engineering and knowledge of the latest IS-Codes.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into structural designs.
