Purpose of the Role As a Strategy Professional in the ST&PO; team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation topics, and performance improvement projects across Digital Industries. The role focuses on providing structured analysis, strategic insights, and execution support to enable business growth, operational excellence, and effective decision-making.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, analyze market and internal data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. This role requires strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and execution plans.

Main Responsibilities

- Strategy Development & Business Planning
- Support the development of strategic objectives, business priorities, and growth initiatives for the ST&PO; team.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Translate business insights into actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
- Support preparation of strategy documents, management presentations, and business review materials.
- Data Analysis & Performance Insights
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Support data-driven decision-making through structured analysis, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Prepare insights and recommendations for leadership discussions and management reviews.
- Strategic Projects & Transformation Initiatives
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.




- Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and support timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency, and business excellence initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, sales, finance, operations, and other functions.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and review meetings to drive alignment on strategic priorities.
- Build strong working relationships with business teams to understand challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Communicate updates, findings, and recommendations in a explicit and structured manner.
- Market Intelligence & Business Support
- Conduct periodic market, industry, and competitor assessments to support strategic planning.
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the business.
- Support benchmarking, best-practice identification, and external market scans.
- Contribute to leadership communication, special projects, and key business initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and convert them into meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in industrial, technology, automation, or B2B business environment will be an added advantage.
